I’m Bianca – a human–centered design leader focused on creating effortless user experiences and purposeful visual design.

To date I’ve built and enabled teams to deliver mobile apps, web experiences, CX strategy and full scale marketing campaigns. I have lead design teams and streamlined design operations with the help of tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Confluence and more. My expertise in design thinking, qualitative & quantitative research and customer experience enables me to synthesise insights, translating pain points into meaningful end-to-end design experiences.

Over the years I have learned that empathy and understanding are key to great design; for something to be beautiful, it must first be functional.
